By accessing or using our Sites or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Sites or services.

1. About Us

The Buckingham Academy Ltd is a company registered in Hong Kong providing professional training and development services, with a specialisation in negotiation skills.

2. Use of Our Sites

You agree to use our Sites only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of our Sites by, any third party. You agree not to:

Should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional judgement in any specific negotiation or business situation.
Are provided "as is" without any guarantees of accuracy or completeness.

4. Training Services

The following terms apply to any training services provided by us:

Booking and payment — Training engagements are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement or written confirmation (including email). Payment terms will be set out in the relevant proposal or agreement.
Cancellation by you — If you cancel a confirmed training engagement with less than 14 days' notice, we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the agreed fee. Cancellations with less than 7 days' notice may be charged at 100% of the agreed fee.
Cancellation by us — We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a training engagement due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
Delivery — Training may be delivered in person, online, or in a hybrid format as agreed. We are not responsible for technical issues on your end (such as internet connectivity) that may affect online delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our Sites — including text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, tools, and software — is the property of The Buckingham Academy Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our Sites without our prior written consent. Training materials provided during our courses are licensed for the personal use of participants only and may not be shared, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without our permission.

6. Confidentiality

In the course of providing training services, both parties may share confidential information. You agree not to disclose any proprietary training methodologies, materials, or frameworks shared during our engagements. We agree not to disclose any confidential business information you share with us during the training process, unless required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Hong Kong:

Our Sites and tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that our Sites will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Sites, tools, or services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
