How long are the workshops?
Most topics can be delivered as a 2-hour session, a half-day or a full day. Multi-day intensives combining several topics are also popular. We'll recommend the right format based on your objectives and available time.
What's the ideal group size?
For maximum interaction, we recommend 8–20 participants. We can accommodate larger groups by adjusting the format, but smaller groups get the most practice time and personal feedback.
Do you deliver online or only in person?
Both. Our in-person workshops are the gold standard for experiential learning, but we've developed highly interactive virtual formats that work exceptionally well for remote and global teams.
How customised are the programmes really?
Completely. We don't have a standard slide deck we walk through. Every programme is designed around your specific challenges, industry context, participant profiles and objectives. Even our case studies and role-play scenarios are tailored to your world.
What industries do you work with?
