Do you work with junior salespeople or experienced teams?
Both. We adjust the content, pace and complexity to match the experience level. Our programmes are as effective for new business development hires as they are for senior relationship managers closing multi-million dollar deals.
How much practice is involved?
A lot. Our sales training is typically 70-80% practice. Role-plays, simulations, cold call practice, objection handling drills and live pitch rehearsals. Your team will leave having practised, not just listened.
Can you use our real clients and deals in the training?
Absolutely, and this makes the training dramatically more effective. We work with you beforehand to develop scenarios based on your actual client base, products and competitive landscape.
Can you incorprate AI into training?
Yes, we have already buit and deployed our own AI sales role-play coach. We also teach how to use AI during the sales process to close more deals.
